Shakira gets in the live concert DVD game with the release of ‘Live from Paris.’ The concert, also available on Blu-Ray, features the 34-year-old Colombian pop star performing her biggest hits, including “Whenever, Wherever,” “She Wolf,” “Hips Don’t Lie,” and “Waka Waka,” during her The Sun Comes Out tour.

World Cup organizers have announced Shakira will headline the 2010 World Cup closing ceremony. The “high-tech” closing ceremony will be “more youthful and a bit more technologically advanced” than the more traditionally African ceremony which opened the tournament.
Organizing committee spokesman Jermaine Craig says the nighttime event has “nice lighting effects and special effects planned.”
The Colombian superstar will perform he official tournament anthem “Waka Waka (This Time for Africa).”
The closing ceremony is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m. local time, two hours before the final match kicks off.
The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has named Beyoncé the Top-Selling Artist of the Decade.
With 64 total gold and platinum certifications including albums, digital songs, master ringtones and music videos; the 28 year-old entertainer earned the title of ‘Top-Selling Artist’.
