On the next edition of Oprah’s Next Chapter, Oprah travels to Barbados to go one-on-one with Rihanna. After winning five GRAMMYs and scoring eleven No. 1 singles, the “Birthday Cake” singer returns home to discuss her journey to becoming one of pop’s biggest stars.
RiRi previously appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 2010 during Harpo’s special on the Haiti earthquake relief effort, where she covered Bob Marley’s “Redemption Song.”

The family of Whitney Houston, including her 19-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina, spoke out for the first time since her untimely death one month ago. In an emotional interview, Oprah traveled to the home of Patricia Houston, Whitney’s sister-in-law and manager, in Atlanta for the 90-minute special that aired last night on OWN.
“She’s always with me,” said Kristina, who is Whitney’s only child with Bobby Brown. “Her spirit is strong, it’s a strong spirit. I feel her pass through me all the time.” She went on to say that while she has come to terms with the loss, she’s still has her moments. “Sometimes, it’s so surreal. I still walk into the house like, ‘Mom?’ But I’ve accepted it.”

Oprah’s closest celebrity friends came out in droves at Chicago’s United Center for “Surprise Oprah! A Farewell Spectacular,” a star-studded send-off to the talk show queen. Everyone from Madonna to Halle Berry was in the building to honor Oprah’s 25th and final season.

Willow Smith took the stage on The Oprah Winfrey Show today. The pint-sized diva performed her smash single “Whip My Hair” and it’s follow-up “21st Century Girl” before pulling co-hosting duties with O.
Usher and will.i.am stopped by The Oprah Winfrey Show to perform the #1 song in the country, “OMG“. The track is the third single from Usher’s latest album, Raymond v. Raymond, and has reached #1 in five countries including the U.K., Ireland and Australia.
The crowd was really into the performance and despite missing some of cues with the backing track, Usher pulled off the “singing” and choreography. Whatever “swag” lost during his marriage, seems to be slowly re-emerging.
