On the eve of the release of his tenth album Life Is Good, Nas hit the stage on Late Night with David Letterman to perform “Daughters.” The Illmatic rapper looked dapper in a collared shirt and white pants as he spit the lyrics to the third single from his new album, which hit stores today.
Rapper, actor, and now author.
Nas will release his first memoir, “It Ain’t Hard To Tell,” in fall of 2012. The Queens-bred MC will cover his rise through “Illmatic,” his beef with Jay-Z, his past relationships, and everything in between.
In addition to penning his memoir, Nas is working on his tenth studio album, Life Is Good, set for release sometime in 2012. The first single, “Nasty,” is available on iTunes now.

Christina Aguilera and fellow “Voice” judge Cee Lo Green team up for a “Nasty” collaboration. Originally recorded for the Burlesque soundtrack, the track didn’t make the final cut.
