This show looks AMAZING!!!! (Oprah’s voice)
Beyoncé treats fans with an inside look at her comeback shows at Atlantic City’s Revel Resorts. In the footage, the pop star preps lighting cues, rehearses musical and vocal arrangements, modifies the stage design, and practices choreography for the sold out series of concerts.
“It is exciting. I feel a little nervous. I’m enjoying being a mother so it’s like going back to my old job. It’s a little strange, but it’s important that you don’t lose yourself and still have your own passions. I’m back to business,” the 16-time Grammy Award winner said.
Bey’s four-night stint at Revel begins tomorrow and runs through Memorial Day.
With 16 wins and 44 nominations, Beyoncé is the third most honored woman in GRAMMYs history. After winning three with Destiny’s Child, Beyoncé tied the record for most wins (five) in a single night by a female artist in 2004. In 2010, she surpassed the record when she won six awards, including Song of the Year and Best R&B Female Vocal Performance for “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)” and Best Pop Female Vocal Performance for “Halo.”
At just 30-years old, she ranks third for most honored female performers behind Alison Krauss (26) and Aretha Franklin (18), and ties second for most-nominated female artist in Grammy history with 44, behind Dolly Parton, with 45 nominations.
In addition to a trio of solo performances, Knowles has also graced the GRAMMYs stage with Prince and Tina Turner. In 2004, she performed a ‘Purple Rain‘ Medley with Prince, which incorporated her hit single “Crazy In Love.” To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the GRAMMYs, she joined forces with the legendary Tina Turner, performing Turner’s classic “Proud Mary.”

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know Beyoncé and Jay-Z are expecting their first child. Rumors of Beyoncé giving birth have run rampant throughout the week — even Good Morning America reported the alleged birth of the baby, whose name was reportedly Tiana May. The “Love On Top” singer put an end to the rumors when she was photographed leaving an office building with her mother Tina Knowles in Manhattan on Thursday night (January 5).
With the mythical baby bump covered by a blazer and scarf, Beyonce graciously allowed the paparazzi to get a shot of her. When her security tried to step in, she told them, “Leave them alone, it’s fine.”
Beyoncé’s UK fans were in for a treat last night as ITV1 aired Beyoncé’s ‘A Night with Beyoncé‘ TV special. Filmed in July, Beyoncé performed some of her biggest hits including “Crazy In Love,” “Irreplaceable,” “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It),” and “End of Time” from 4. The mom-to-be also answered questions from fans in the audience. Watch the full concert below.
Queen B continues to tease the unfortunate souls (like me) who didn’t get to see her 4 Intimate Nights concert in NYC with more behind the scenes footage. This time, the clips show the mom-to-be doing what she does best – entertain. The four-night stint at NYC’s Roseland Ballroom, where B performed her latest album 4 in its entirety, sold out in 22 seconds in August. Watch part 4 below.
Beyoncé can add another platinum album to her list of accomplishments. A month after its release, the singer’s fourth studio album, 4, has been certified platinum for shipping one million units.
